Produced with wines from the garnatxa and
monastrell varieties.
Aged for between 18 and 24 months in the bottle, after the second
fermentation.
Its appearance is deep, intense and vivid cherry red.
On the palate it is silky, expansive and refreshing and reveals
a balanced acidity.
With the addition of a small amount of expedition liqueur.
The recommended serving temperature is between 6 and 8º C.
A semi-dry version is also produced, which has a larger amount of
expedition liqueur added. |
