Elaborated from the three classic cava varieties:
macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada, which imbues it with great
finesse and elegance.
Its prolonged ageing process, never less than five years,
contributes to harmonising its structure.
Of a golden yellow hue with vivid tones.
Good release of sparkle, with delicate and continuous mousse.
A clean, honest bouquet. The aromas of ageing are predominating.
On the palate it is expansive, balanced and fresh. Its well-integrated
sparkle lends
it a long and persistent denouement
Completely dry, without the addition of expedition liqueur.
The recommended serving temperature is between 5 and 7º C.
