classic cava varieties: macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada.
Its average ageing in the bottle is between 36 and 42 months.
Its appearance is golden yellow, with a delicate sparkle that
forms a continuous and lasting mousse.
Refined and elegant, with subtle and balanced touches of underlying
bouquets.
With an intense, classical and harmonious flavour, it offers a
long and lasting final taste.
Produced without the addition of expedition liqueur, after the
disgorging.
The recommended serving temperature is between 5 and 7º C.
